How You Can Help The Lord has always seen that our needs are provided for, whatever they might be. His unseen hand has always been at work. Perhaps the greatest evidence of that has been the individual staff members and volunteers who have so willingly and selflessly given of themselves, in His Service. So many people, of the highest calibre, stepping forward and putting their hand to the plough, each respondind faithfully to the call of the Lord. Prayer Prayer has always been an important part of our work and the most valuable support that anyone could give to us. We send a Prayerletter to those of our friends who wish to pray for our specific needs, and if you would like to receive this – approximately every 3 months – please ask our Secretary to add your name to our Mailing List. Whether you receive the Prayerletter or not – please remember our work in your prayers. Finance: Money that we receive from supporters of our work, gives us the right and the wherewithal to develop our work as we feel is right. Without it we would never be able to develop our services in response to the needs that we identify. Please do not confuse our recent occupation of the brand new Acorn House as a sign of wealth. We took a great step of faith by committing ourselves so heavily to Acorn House, and God was faithful. We have other terrific ideas which we MUST pursue, because they are good and right and our residents and Drop-In Centre users NEED them. Below are details of last years financial report.
